This is something we have been keeping an eye on for several weeks. We are now approaching our entry position for the buy trade for this pair. We are expecting US dollar weakness this week, but it’s hard to predict when we will see the breakout– that is why I have placed the watch for break trend line.
Ideally we will see price touch our entry zone before rejecting and then breaking the train line, but we may well see a break before then.
This is a long swing trade, but given that we may see the bottom a couple of times before the final push we should have an early take profit.
You don’t need a large lot size to make money from this trade. Please always make sure that your risk management is forefront in your mind.
