GC> the battle fo 1700 continues

Yesterday it looked as if we were headed toward 1700. But then price reversed back into the diamond. However the setup is still perfectly valid. And my thoughts are the same for the most part. However after adjusting my zones just a little, I have seen a path to below 1700. You can follow this with the red shaded down arrows. Personally I will decrease my position with each level achieved. Please use good risk management if yo decide to follow my idea.

Since I still believe gold will fall short term (though likely rise longer term) I decided to short this wick which is a powerful supply zone. Then I exited that trade at the price on this chart this allows me to have a little more cushion for my short idea.

I’ve now made the same profit as if GC had actually dropped to 1700, but really gold price is back to where it was when I first entered this trade. And yet I remain holding my position and still thinking gold to 1700.

I have ended my quest for 1700 for now. I have ended this trade with a modest profit due to scalping. I have since transferred my capital to CL. Which has turned into a good choice so far. See my new idea that has been posted.
