Better late than never. 
INTC is joining other semiconductor companies in a supposedly bullish run. 
NVDA has led the pack, with 
AMD joining last week. 
TSM has been on the forefront with Nvidia but it pulled back, as a results it's not among the leaders at the moment, but moving up.
It's now a question of leader versus laggard. I have positions onNVDA, TSM, and AMD. A swing trade on INTC shouldn't hurt.
