Sooo If bitcoin is in an expanded flat then neo could be in an expanded flat as well. Its very likely and with the red pulse ICO coming up I would not be surprised if sentiment was this high.

Depending on your risk I have outlined a set of trades

For the long, long term, the target is the 200-262% extensions

For shorts the target is the breakout between 13-16$
