I haven't touched natural gas in a long time, partly because I think that it is too volatile and partly because I am not sure if it is affected by Elliott Waves at all. In fact, from what I know, professional natural gas traders trade the seasonality spreads of NG.
Trying to assess the waves was difficult from a low timeframe and I had to start from looking at the big picture from the Weekly, then drawing trendlines to identify major supports and resistances before figuring out the potential wave counts.
Fortunately, it seems like EW can be used on NG, but only clear from a daily timeframe. This means that the risk points and potential rewards are significantly higher. Good luck!
