SPX - Looking to reach a weekly high 4H TF

Price created equal highs on the 4H timeframe, would love to see a violation of this then push downwards before going higher.

Update to my initial idea, I would like to see the price drop deeper from here.If the market aligns with my plan then I would want to short all the way down to the weekly low.
Overall my log-term bias is bullish.
