TSLA Bounce and Continuation or Fail?

TSLA seems to be setting up a dump and pump scenario. Currently oversold on the 1H near a bounce area. Looking for a BIS on the hourly and retest of the lows for a day trade/swing up to 207. Once we get there will TSLA melt or volt higher? Will we get some help from the Market?
