Optimum over-sold conditions will be when cRSI trend has dropped below the 20 Lowband. Once the cRSI is below the 20 Lowband, wait for the cRSI trend to reverse for buy. The lower the cRSI goes, the safer the trade.

I'm using 2 cRSI timelines. The top one is the default 20, the bottom is set at 17. The 17 is faster.
