BTC outlook for the next month

Learning about the three drives and here are my two cents on btc's price action in the next few weeks. Target is 16k-ish in about 3 weeks (who knows tho?). Where I got the idea from: https://www.forexfactory.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1601317&d=1422718021

When I was looking at info about the three drives and, specifically, about how far below the trend line the dip (5) should be, I could not find anything so if anyone out here has some knowledge to impart on this subject, please share!!
