Pivot Points (Dual) w/History

This indicator has the following options:
1) Can plot 2 Different Types/Timeframe Pivot Points at once.
2) Has The Option To Turn On/Off One Or Both Pivot Points.
3) Has The Option To Display History For Each Of The Pivot Points.
4) Can Change The Colors Of The Pivot Points.
5) Pivot Point 1 Label Size Is TINY while Pivot Point 2 Label Size Is SMALL, this helps to distinguish between both when both are displayed together.

PIVOT POINT TYPES OPTIONS:
Traditional, Fibonacci, Woodie, Classic, DM, Camarilla

PIVOT POINT TIMEFRAME OPTIONS:
Auto, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, Biyearly, Triyearly, Quinquennially, Decennially
