TrueCrypto Pivots for True Vibration

This tool was designed specifically to be used in conjunction with "TRUE Vibration"

Due to the updates on True Vibration, it was necessary to add some additional moving average combinations. In doing so, I also added an option that can illustrate potential "exhaustion" candles which can provide helpful intel regardless of which way price breaks. I also turned off most options by default which gives the user the ability to pick and choose from the many available options as they choose
