Will ADA change direction to be bullish on or before deep 0.38?!

I would like to have some brainstorm with others in regard to health of Cardano and its business strategy... would you please comment bellow so we can learn from each other?

I believe if ADA goes lower than the next support line it will be a big panic sell off... would you agree? if not, why?
