Amazon could announce, as Tesla did, an operation called an "equity distribution agreement". An operation in which an order is given to sell, in this case equal to 5 billion dollars, of a block of securities with a predetermined value. The magic of the market and the rally that led to the split meant that this $ 5 billion was self-generating. Doesn't that seem like a "curious" situation? Take or leave.
