AVGO Broadcom Options Ahead of Earnings

If you haven`t bought the dip on AVGO:

Now analyzing the options chain and the chart patterns of AVGO Broadcom prior to the earnings report this week,
I would consider purchasing the 170usd strike price Calls with
an expiration date of 2025-1-17,
for a premium of approximately $13.70.
If these options prove to be profitable prior to the earnings release, I would sell at least half of them.

AVGO traded at $186.42 today and the Calls went up from $13.70 (when I wrote this article) to $27.00 at the close of the day, for about 2X gain!
