Can this be a monthly pattern for BCD? pour BINANCE:BCDBTC par TraderASY

I just wanna hear your thoughts. BCD price seems to follow a pattern such as 1,2,Boom in the monthly time frame. When the Booms happen, the prices go above 1s. So next boom can occur on October and the price can go up to 0.002.What do you think? Could this be a pattern?
