BTCUSD is long above 17000 with targets at 21500 then 25000

First scenario gives a target 1 at 21500 then target 2 at 25000 very soon. A perfect entry point would be around 17000 in a second scenario in order to reach 22500.
In a previous review I had seen a rising wedge which had been easily broken on the top. There is no reason being short as long as the pair is above 17000. Below 17000 It could be time to be neutral on BTCUSD.
