There are two Head and Shoulders patterns. Big and small.

When the necklines are breached, the fall will be spectacular. It may give boost to stocks temporarily, or be a result of stocks moving higher at least temporarily. Or both asset classes will tank together as traders will be selling BTC and stocks to cover their margin calls.
