BTC on a possible 1 to 4 candle reveresal on the Daily Candle

a)
BTC hit a TD counter 9 on the Daily candle .
A 9 on a TD counter may indicate a possible 1 to 4 candle count downwards before the asset moves back upwards.
As these are Daily candles there can be a possible 1 to 4 day move downwards and then BTC will continue upwards.

b) Another alternative move is BTC is able to move past the resistance at 12500 and move past the previous highs at 13995 and 13185.
If this plays out then BTC can move to 14700

What do i think ? Id expect at the minimum BTC can move to the 11K area before moving higher,
