Potential buy before the big drop pour COINBASE:BTCUSD par Mamou-Q

Most likely bitcoin is gonna make a higher high before dropping back to 28000. I believe the target for a potential short term buy from the current price is 33000.
My sell order is waiting at 33200 and target is 29000.
