I think BTC is going to bounce soon, go up and break the equilibrium pattern that it has been forming since October 2017.
The bounce should start in within the next 2 days I think.
I would buy If I see the bounce already happening. I wouldn't risk my money right now. It could go further down. The only reason I believe it's going up is how RSI is looking and the Bollinger Bang constriction showing that the volatility is going to increase a lot very soon.
