H&S on 4H up till 12H chart all ranges basically. *FIXED NECK*

I hope now the neck is better for every other analysts around.
As I got critiques that even if the Inverse H&S in my point of view is extremely steep and forced out. I used the same basis in creating the regular H&S. Lets see how it plays out.
