Bitcoin is being rejected heavily on 10k+ it has been more than a year without any major 10k breakouts.
Bitcoin will not be able to pass 10K especially that Nasdaq already just hit it's new high and will decline as covid19 is not slowing down.
So bitcoin is full short at any level
