VZO and Fisher indicator showed bottoms at $31k, currently grinding up.
Macro picture Eth breaking out ATH will drag BTC up with it to range highs ($40k) before next impulse.
Very hard to have anything other than a bullish outlook with the fundamentals in macro-environment (political, economic etc.) and what's happening in the rest of market.
