Twitter launches new $5,000-a-month API access tier for startups

Twitter today announced a new API access tier called Twitter API Pro for startups that costs $5,000 per month. This tier enables developers to fetch 1 million tweets per month and 300,000 tweets per month, and gives them access to the full archive search endpoint.
Previously, Twitter no longer provided free Twitter API on February 9, and then launched three tiers, namely Free, Basic and Enterprise. The Basic package costs $100 per month, and the Enterprise package costs $42,000 per month.
According to news on May 24, Musk said that Twitter may achieve positive cash flow next month.
