From the chart we can see new things happening, that should give us all hope.
The cycle of downward pressure is almost over *
Weekly RSI : Strongest incline since October'ish
Weekly MACD: Almost ready to cross , first time since early Dec.
Weekly ADX/DI : First positive incline of Blue Line since Nov'ish.
To me, it looks like Middle April, we get back up to speed and then it will all make sense.
And we can put all this nonsense behind us.
Like I always say....
