$CSTM Building a Larger Base pour NYSE:CSTM par TaPlot

I've posted about $CSTM previous setup. Failed the breakout and the base and has now put in a larger base and appears to be setting up again.
Don't like the angle of attack on the supply line but would still watch it this week to see if it improves.
