Lockup Expiration Play..trailng for a potential short

(Edgar) Earnings were on Feb 12 Hype runner IPO in the sweet spot of cyber security. I trail these and look for reversals going toward lockup expirations.1 to 3 months out. Looks like a good company....but young insiders..according to Yahoo no one over 56..founder is 46. no salaries listed. That says to me the big compensation is in stock which could result in some selling overhang with the expiration..The higher it pops (irrational exhuberence) the more I'll like it. PE 879 Income 2.2 mil on 100 mil sales. Short float 4.21% as of 2/21
Has nice earnings growth. 387 employees.
Extremes create opportunity...reversions to the mean.
