2. Made higher high lately (we reached the bottom)
3. previous all-time high around 3 times present value (many alts even surpased previous all-time highs)

Probably one of the best coins to get at the moment since nearly everything else is in red with much less potential to previous all-time highs and not as good timing as this one.

Prices have moved in the wrong direction due to China news and Bitcoin taking down all the market. More about crisis here:
There is support at 13.5, but I would wait with trading until I see what Bitcoin does. Correlation with altcoins is too strong at the moment.
