Short: Now DJI has encountered a resistance, and is in a high wedge (in red), which is a pattern that most often breaks down. So if the red wedge really breaks down, the target is the Panic Sell Line. This is a powerful support. Below it DJI can start a powerful crash
Long: If the bulls show strength, and DJI is above my Bull Line, I will open long with a target on the line indicated on the chart.
Remembering that it is safer to use intermediate targets. Remember that the breaks must be confirmed to move on!
