Why do I think the Dollar will decline for the next upcoming years:
Biden is about to become president of the United States of America, according to the improved polls (methodology has been updated). This can lead to the following events:
- Massive stimulus package released for the American people (more than 2 trillion dollars).
- Calm trading front with China, slight possibility of trading war so less uncertainty.
- Vaccines are being developed for Corona. This reduces economic risks when developed. Less uncertainty.
- Elections are over so less uncertainty who will become the next president.
All in all, uncertainty is reduced and this will move against the USD. Therefore I will see a decline of around 6% to the 88 level.
