This is a very weak stock from the financial sector. In 2008 it was valued at 280$, and it has been basing since 2009. Although for the very long term it is not going anywhere, the base is trade-able. I believe that during the last months a top has been formed. Now the question is if 19$ will hold or not. In one year, I expect to see this stock at half its current value or even less. Bears are in control!
