Volatility difference in each session

Notice the difference in volatility in each session. Below I put a legend for each color and what is means. This is why most traders trade within the London and New York session

Gray Box: New York Session
Purple Box: London Session
Yellow: Sydney Session
Blue Box: Tokyo Session

!Keep in mind that pairs have the most volatility within their own respective sessions!
