Moving Averages - simple and profitable!

I would like to write about such simple indicator like Moving Averages. Many traders use it and know everything about this indicator. But I'm writing mostly for those, who starts trading. Look at this sample chart. There is up trend and price going higher and higher every time when touches MA. These lines are perfect as support levels for up trends and resistance levels for down trend. MA also define the market conditions - if they are moves higher or lower one by one, we have trend, when they moves in different directions - it's flat. MA is very useful indicator. Use them in your trading systems and you will have clear signals for opening trades and huge profit on trending markets. I use MA with periods 20, 50 and 100 but you can use any periods you like. For confirmation reversals you can use MACD (H) and RSI. I wish you good luck and be green )
