I've been using this method for a while and find it very advantageous.
The Fib circles are based on places in the signal where we see impulese waves starting,
As in from the start of waves 3 to the start of wave 5 for instance at any scale. Look for symmetry to validate your placement.
I also use moving averages to identify potential turning points. Notice how the signal reacts to one of the MA's crossing a Fib circle line for instance.
