Head and Shoulder pattern and retracement from a resistance level

After looking at the stochastic (which is all wrong, not a definitive reason but a clue) and further analysis on the weekly chart, I have good reasons to believe this will actually go SHORT FIRST upto 9.33 BEFORE going long.
