We can see a falling wedge pattern on the chart that could lead to a bullish movement if a breakout happens. We can also see a bullish divergence on the RSI that is pretty common but still good to take under consideration. I think there is a big chance of a bullish movement on the EUR/USD , could be at the top of the falling wedge.
