Euro higher or strong reversal?

Also se me chart on us dollar chart At this point Im neutral and not trying to push any dips at this level. I would like to see price close above 1.25 level before any enries long at this time.
Failure to do so I will go short till atleast 1.22 and possible entry ling again at 1.21-22 level.
