Based on something I just found I had to update this... The ARC looks pretty strong for support but we'll see.. Taking a small long on it... if it breaks I'll go back bear for tp2. GL

Also it's important to wait for price to break "below this low short.." level, eu does have support at this level and it needs to break before going bearish again.
