Using the Time At Mode (Time@Mode) technique, we can see how the $EURUSD has built a base of 12 weeks and has moved strongly up and away from that accumulation level (called the "mode" or most frequent price since the bottom was reached) by forming a range expansion rally. The yellow triangle shows the range expansion move.

Look for a move up to the target as shown by the upper right corner of the green box where the yellow arrow tops out.
