FB at critical juncture - expect big moves

FB is desperately trying to re-enter the up-trend started in 2013, however, the stock is still in the down-trend range that started in July 2018. The question is do the FB have enough influence to push the stock back to the 200+ and eventually to all time new highs, or will they capitulate soon (due to all the negative PR, and threat of governments regulating them)? If the bulls lose, the stock will go back down to 120 very quickly.
