The truth is hard work in trading isn't staring at the chart for 6+ hours analysing. You can call that hard work in other jobs such as retail customer service but in trading, the hard work is IN THE MOMENT. The hard work is staying in the trade, letting a trade fully run. Not cutting winners short. Managing your risk when in drawdown. As soon as you press that buy or sell button on that MT5 account..... THAT is the hard work and thats all done psychologically.

Ofc you must work hard journaling, backtesting, forward testing. Looking over and know your data, but working smart looking over your mental, risk and psychology is gonna be your game changer.
