Higher Low before resumption of down trend

GBPNZD has been smashed in recent weeks and is clearly in a nice downtrend. Currently, the pair is retracing and is attempting to retrace to the trend line (upper) shown, however I expect a rejection around this level before resuming South.

In the coming weeks, we shall begin to see the economic impacts of Brexit on GBP economy so expect continuation to the South as we proceed onwards.
