Looking to break into new Highs

We're stuck up against a major monthly resistance level at ~1.460, waiting to break-above/close-above 1.46500 to rally up to the next major resistance level of ~1.50.

Wait to confirm breakout above 1.465 to BUY up to next major level of 1.500, stops should go at 1.445.
Also to note we have positive RSI that is at 64.8 which would indicate we may see a retest of the breakout, RSI to drop down to around 50 and rally.
