Safe haven status dollar have been diminished.
UK-EU trade talks have not been pleasant.
I would expect a soft Brexit both countries need it to pull thru this crisis, But resistance in the talks are expected to cap further rallies. UK would capitalise on EU economic weakness to strain negotiations for better deal in UK favor, this would create nasty news.

Technicals :
-we would expect dollar to climb slightly
-1H chart indicates a pullback
-4H chart showing strong bull slowing down
-1D indicate a pullback

Trade in small 40-50pips in the trading zone for today ,
daily price have out break 1D 200SMA, bulls are still in control. Buy the dip.
