Trend so far looks like it will continue to go up sellers didn't gain momentum in the market which means buyers will look to target this area which has previously been tested, so far we have already come across many negative points from Biden stimulus package mainly being inflation , surely this is not good long term?. As well as this we have already seen how the sellers got wiped out this week and I think this will continue over to next week.
