Arrow 3: Higher High, bounce off trend line
Arrow 4: Possible breakout and retest of $9.80 range
Arrow 5: Breakout to ATH and price discovery.
Additionally looking like an inverse head and shoulder as the cup.
This is contingent on the market not going to hell , but if this breaks out, it should be a pretty solid breakout.
