HBLPOWER providing proper buy point with VCP characteristics
HBLPOWER has formed a nice base with VCP characteristics .It has shown good Relative Strength when market was correcting. It is providing very tight pivot with reducing volume. Entry can be made above horizontally drawn pivot with initial SL at 60 Levels
