If it can CLOSE bullish, we will have a very good chance to see a substantial move to the upside with a "Sign of Strength" (SOS) to mark our transition from Phase D to Phase E in our Wyckoff Accumulation Schematic. I'm keeping this one NEUTRAL for now until we see the current 3-Week Candle "CLOSE."
