Almost for the entire year of 2024, Microsoft has been moving sideways and respecting the upper channel resistance trendline. It is quite likely that we will see a correction, considering that buyers are still weak, before we then see the overall trend continuation.

Every single day, Microsoft fails to push higher and is now almost red for the month of November, while the entire Nasdaq is about +5% in the green. This is just a warning sign, indicating that Microsoft is running out of steam and we will most likely see a (short term) correction in the near future.

Microsoft is still kinda hesitant to start the bearish rejection away from the upper resistance trendline of the rising channel. But even if we actually see new all time highs, the potential break and retest setup is still valid. Microsoft is really trading slowly lately, so this might take some time to finally get going.
