nano/btc Forming Head and shoulders or cup and handle possibly?

I am new to charting so im not sure if this would be considered a inverse head and shoulders or a cup and handle or if its either. It looks like head and shoulders to me and with the 3rd wave of the ellitot wave coming, i would imagine that we couold see a large jump. How much of a run can you see from a head and shoulders this large typically? Any help is appreciated.
